Upcharge for state if buying federal only download from costco

I bought the federal only TurboTax download from Costco.  If I decide to file my state taxes also with turbo tax, what will Intuit charge me to upgrade to state?  I know they have already downloaded the state info because they update it when I log on.  Also what will the filing charge be?  Or will they only charge for filing?  I used to file my state direct from the IL tax web site, but this year they have eliminated a lot of the deductions you can take if you file on their web site and I didn’t know that when I bought Turbo Tax.

First of all----Costco sells Deluxe both with and without state software---so what did you purchase?   If you purchased the one that did not include state software then downloading a state program will cost you an extra $45.  And then if you e-file the state return there is a state e-file fee of $20--which will go up to $25 as of March 1.  You can avoid the state e-file fee if you print and mail the state instead.
