I bought the federal only TurboTax download from Costco. If I decide to file my state taxes also with turbo tax, what will Intuit charge me to upgrade to state? I know they have already downloaded the state info because they update it when I log on. Also what will the filing charge be? Or will they only charge for filing? I used to file my state direct from the IL tax web site, but this year they have eliminated a lot of the deductions you can take if you file on their web site and I didn’t know that when I bought Turbo Tax.
