Unable to Print and File South Carolina Forms

@sctaxproblemI have exactly the same issue.  The workarounds given do not work, and the online 'form avilability' implies that all forms needed are available.  I have purchased SC state return twice, spent 2 hours (mostly on hold) with "customer service", and started all the returns over twice.  Seriously considering filing a small claims court action against Intuit.

If you are using Turbotax Deluxe 2021CD, you most certainly cannot efile the SC state return.  It will not accept the direct deposit info for the state return.

I agree. I couldn't figure out the problem until I finally clicked on the link from the state DOR. So where does that leave us...having to file a paper copy with the state?

@DoninGA  - Well, what is the 'official' lie today, Feb. 16th?  You still cannot efile the SC state return using TT Deluxe.

This is for 2021 taxes - - - you most certainly cannot efile SC state. My federal and one other state I worked in are already filed and accepted, but as of 60 seconds ago I still cannot efile South Carolina. Please post accurate information, and let us all know how TurboTax will contact us to let us know when the issue is resolved.  FreeTaxUSA and other tax software providers don't seem to be having this issue.  Right now, Intuit (TT) has sold software that does not do what it says it will do, and that constitutes fraud. Fix it, or see you in court!

The direct download version of the program has the same glitch. Worthless. TaxAct for next year for sure. Was on with "customer service" for nearly a half hour, and hold for 15 minutes. When operator came back on the line, she couldnt hear me. I could hear her, but she hung up anyway. They have my number but havent gotten a call back yet.

What eventually worked for me was

1.go to Federal 1040 form and open form for editing,

2. enter direct deposit bank info (even though you owe)

3. close form

4. Go to the "Filing" step and enter bank info for SC direct deposit when prompted...

It seems the info must be in the Federal form before TTax desktop accepts manual entry for state. 

What I don't understand is why the state form doesn't just import the bank info from Federal.

THIS WORKED. FINALLY. Sad that TurboTax support doesnt know this or hasnt bothered reading their own chat. I think I'm done with TurboTax.

The link to see forms status was helpful. It says everything available that I needed. My e-file worked back in February and I have received my refund. However, TurboTax still will not allow me to print SC return because forms are unavailable. I have received 2 e-mails from TT saying forms are ready but still can’t print. Have called support 3 times and they say wait a few days. I am beginning to support the guy who says we need a lawyer. As of this afternoon I still cannot print. Is anyone else having this problem?

The forms all appear available currently. If you are using the desktop version, I would suggest following the instructions here to manually update your software and try once more. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with @LB0254.

I was able to e-file my SC tax return in January. For some reason though I can not print even though the forms was suppose to be available for print Feb. 10th 2022.  If I do print it has do not file all over the forms. I have received my taxes the state accepted and sent the money quickly but I would like to be able to print it without all this writing on it. Any date or time when the SC return will be moved to preview only to available for download?
