TurboTax says there are three errors in my return, beginning with North Carolina Form D-422. It's asking me to annualize my income. I want a rep to contact me.

The user forum is not an avenue to customer support. No one here can call you.

If you want customer support you have to initiate it by requesting support during their business hours.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

No one from TurboTax will contact you. Go to the following link to contact TurboTax support during the hours that support is open. The current support hours are Mon - Fri, 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.

How do I contact TurboTax?

You didn't say what version of TurboTax you are using. If you are using Free Edition there is no telephone support unless you add the PLUS Help & Tools package, which you have to pay for. Go to the following link for information about PLUS Help & Tools.
