Turbotax blocking e-file on state, accidentally thinking "Return is an amended return"

But this is for Tax Year 2022, where I haven't filed yet. So I don't see how it could think I'm trying to amend. The only complication I can think of is that I amended my Federal TY 2021 form this year, but not my state. So is the State stuck in some yet-to-amend status?

I have a refund due from the state, so I want it to get processed sooner rather than later.

Your 2022 federal return has to be filed and accepted before TurboTax will allow you the file your 2022 state return.
