Opps, posted only the subject. In Federal Tax section of my return when I try to download from my financial institutions all I get is a blank pop-up window and if I click on the help section the pop-up window takes awhile to populate bur then it locks up and won't let me enter anything in the search.
I have tried the following:
- Countless hours on the phone with TT representatives who were prompt to answer and very professional but had no clue why I was having the problem. Tried many of their ideas but none worked.
- Used Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge (here help section wouldn't populate the pop-up window at all).
- Upgraded to Windows 11 and Google Chrome (here financial institution worked but didn't download anything. Help section worked).
- Updated all software--no resolution.

Already did all that with no result.
Finally got it to work today using Windows 11 and Chrome. Maybe it was a timing issue with the financial institutions I use but if that is the case, it would have been nice if TT gave an error message rather than jus locking up with blank pop-up windows. And it would not explain why the Help menu didn't populate and when it finally did populate it locked up and would not allow an entry to be made in the search window.
