I went to purchase the state tax return and it is still not ready. It says will not be available until March 3, 2023. This seems a little late considering the tax return is due on the 15th. Why is this taking so long?!

MA state tax returns have until April 18, 2023 to be filed.
We have to wait for the state to finalize the form needed before it can be filed.
S Corp returns are due by the March 15th (for Dec 31st year end).
Sub S Corporations taxes are due March 15th. And now that it is March 3th, Intuit says Mass. forms will not be ready until March 10th. However, the Mass DOR says that the forms were released Jan.10th.
This will definitely make me rethink using TurboTax Business in the future (especially when I have to pay $55 for it). From the Mass DOR website:

What is going on now the Mass. Form for Business will not be ready until March 10th? S Corp returns are due by March 15th. The return was finalized by the state in January.
Turbo Tax does input the forms in, and then we need to get a finalized okay from the state and IRS before releasing. Please ensure you follow the manual update steps here on March 10 once these are ready. @ccarbone
How about you guys at Intuit get off your lazy asses and implement the 355S?
From your first reply, it is clear you didn't even know when this form was even due. And from the state website, it is clear that the form was approved by the state months ago.
You guys seriously giving us 5 days? Absolutely useless.
Great reply, 'Expert'. Return's due on 03/15/2023. Wake up.
When your state or the IRS have the forms available for publishing they will release them. It is not Turbo Tax that releases forms needed for a return. The date is based on the day specified by the IRS or the state.

So you are telling me that it took Intuit from when Mass released them on Jan. 10th until today, March 9th, to prepare the forms? There is not much to them, and they have not changed much from last year. I think Massachusetts got lost in the giant "Intuit" organization.
