The TurboTax online editions are only for filing one tax return per account. You will have to create a new account with a new User ID to complete another tax return using the online editions.

Go to this TurboTax website for the online editions, select the edition and start a new account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

I started to complete my 2022 return on turbotax but i never completed it. how do i access the incomplete return so i can finish it and file?
