Tennessee state tax forms for those who HAVE TO FILE

I have taxable interest and dividends.  In previous years Turbo Tax has had the forms online and allowed me to file Tennessee state tax .  This year it keeps saying the forms aren't available yet.  Time is running out.  What is going on?  I want to file my state tax form!

The tax has been repealed for 2021 and later.

The Tennessee Hall Tax for reporting interest and dividends received was repealed for tax year 2021 and all future tax years.

Tennessee does not have a personal income tax so there is no Tennessee state tax return to file for 2021.
