State tax filing

I am trying to efile my state returns.  Last week it would let me, but I chose to wait.  Today, it will not let me file because it says that I must efile my federal return.  It shows my federal return as efiled and accepted, which it was as I already received the refund.  Seems like something is broken in the software.
