State of Michigan - pension tax deduction based on birth year

After you enter the 1099-R in the Federal program, you need to continue on to answer a series of questions.  One of the first screens after entry asks you to check the source of the pension, and, as it tells you, that determines whether the money is taxable in the state or not.  To go back and review your answer or enter it now enter 1099-R in the Find window on the upper right, hit enter, then the Jump To.
