state business downloads

am i just having a bad week? are you having problems downloading turbo tax state business software?

turbotax all week has indicated the Illinois Business download would be ready 1/20/23.  today, 1/20/23, it says it will be available 1/27/23.  it did not say that this morning, but now it says it tonight.  seems like this happened last year.

makes you wonder how good their programming is if the communication/mgmt of their release is this poor.

if it is going to take 7 more days to release, I hope they knew before today that it would not be ready?

While I am ranting, does anyone have the Turbo Tax phone nbr.  They promised phone support on their advertising but locating their phone nbr is as easy as downloading the Illinois Business software on 1/20.
