Can you clarify which state you reside in and if you have already filed?

Since you already e-filed your state return, you will have to print and mail out your SD-100 now.

Please follow the instructions below to try to get to the correct screen:

  1. In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
  2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
  3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
  4. Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
  5. Click on State on the left-hand side.
  6. Click Edit next to Ohio.
  7. Continue through the state questions until you get to a page that is titled A few things before we wrap up your state taxes
  8. Scroll down on this page until you see School District Taxes
  9. Click on Start and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you encounter any problems since you already e-filed your return, you can file using Online Services. Ohio I-File provides detailed instructions and performs calculations for you when completing your return. Please go to the instructions for a guide on how to fill out your SD-100.
