the schedule is showing an incorrect additional business name

and social security number.

how do i correct this?

You must have more that one business entry in your tax return. You need to revisit your business entries in the federal section of TurboTax and if there is an erroneous entry, you will see an option to delete it.

Also, you can see if you have two schedule C's in your program and you may be able to delete the duplicate by using these menu prompts:

1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
2. Tools
3. Delete a form

Find the duplicate schedule C in the list and delete the form.
