just got off the phone with the specialist. She said TT is aware of the issue and is working on it. no workaround now. I expect to get notification on the solution through email. 

just for today 25 minutes waiting +  48minutes call with agent + 58 minutes with specialist.

I will wait for one more week. I am not sure if I will get any notification. the agent I talked to on Saturday sent me a link to register for this issue notification, now that link shows page not found.

if not, there is no need to use TT in future.

I will update if I am lucky to get any notification email.

now it is hard to fill the survey for the call. every time I gave them good reviews because the agents were all patient even though issue were not resolved. I am so done with TT.

I met the exact same issue; today I called a turbotax customer service and spent quite some time on showing the issue with `cobrowse` feature. I hope this can be fixed asap with a nice notification.

PLEASE, would someone from TurboTax post here what is the latest on having a software fix for this issue and when the update will be available. I have been a loyal TT user for well over 10 years, it is very disappointing to not get an update from TurboTax here.

Yep, still getting the error "Price cannot be greater than the federal amount. This is a bit frustrating, have been waiting for weeks for TT to fix a bug, just for it to lead to another bug. Any updates would be very appreciated, been just waiting to finish my State return.

Also, I have 253 errors from the review and it is difficult to tell if all of the 253 errors are this error or some other legitimate errors.

Come on TurboTax what is the problem with getting a software fix?????

That NJ om-line tax site doesn't ask for details in NJ-DOP, just totals! I asked if any forms have to be uploaded.

That answer was that it was not required but 1099s may be uploaded. 

Takes 20-30 min to fill all info using TT NJ1040 and NJ-DOP. 

Still wait a little longer for the fix and if not provided will submit from on-line site.

Still better than print and mail.

On the second check I found place to enter details. So, I guess with too many details it will be too complicated.

So I think I found a possible solution- I had a single short sale that I deleted and I was able to e-file. I had to go back to my federal return, then delete the one short sale (that only cost me -$2) and I no longer had an issue with NJ-DOP. Good luck with everyone else having this issue.

even though we can get refund from TT, it is far from the time I have spent so far.

just saw an email from 3pm stating the issue is fixed.

click Review, it shows 532 details need review. I just reviewed the first one then it is gone.

it is slow though. I will try to do all of them. it may take hours. will update later.
