just got off the phone with the specialist. She said TT is aware of the issue and is working on it. no workaround now. I expect to get notification on the solution through email. 

just for today 25 minutes waiting +  48minutes call with agent + 58 minutes with specialist.

I will wait for one more week. I am not sure if I will get any notification. the agent I talked to on Saturday sent me a link to register for this issue notification, now that link shows page not found.

does anyone know if we need enter each transaction there?

if not, there is no need to use TT in future.

I will update if I am lucky to get any notification email.

now it is hard to fill the survey for the call. every time I gave them good reviews because the agents were all patient even though issue were not resolved. I am so done with TT.
