Sales tax rate is incorrect for 98112 zip code

sales tax rate for large purchase in zip code 98112 is incorrect in turbo tax. It should be 10.35% I get this message: "Because of IRS regulations, you cannot deduct the sales tax paid on your roof purchase because it was calculated using a rate that does not match the general rate for your location (10.1350)."
