I am just curious why Turbotax doesn't allow me to file my Hawaii state tax electronically. It prompts me I can file it by myself through mail, but I just want to make sure I am doing it right.
A little background of me: I declared my full time resident in Hawaii, but I moved to Utah and worked for a couple months. Since I have worked in two different states last year, I have to file 2 state tax. Utah state tax is eligible for e-filing, but not the one for Hawaii.
To file my Hawaii state tax by mail, do I need to mail my federal tax plus my Hawaii state tax document to Hawaii? Or I will just need to file my Hawaii state tax?

Yes, Hawaii will accept a N-15 form by e-file, but they don't allow certain credits and deductions to be e-filed. For example if you are adjusting your Hawaii taxable income, you need to mail in the forms.
To make sure you aren't missing something, you can go through the Review section of your return again. You may have an error message that was not resolved instead of a situation that can't be e-filed.
To do that:
If you need to print and mail your return to Hawaii, attach a copy of your federal return and a copy of your other state return along with your W-2 forms and any forms that show additional state tax withheld.
