When will I receive my refund
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
TurboTax can only inform you, when you'll get your refunds, based on what the IRS and your state (if you filed a state income tax return) report to us.
Today makes exactly a month that my taxes have been approved and I still have not received it yet. Is it 21 regular days or business days because now I am getting worry And I would just like some answers. I checked on the IRS site and it just saying that it is being process.

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 4 for personal or individual tax questions.
It should then transfer you to an agent.
It’s been over a month I file my taxes and it’s pass 21 days I got my state but not federal when I call it says still processing
I also suggest calling the Department of Treasury's Financial Management Services at 1-800-304-3107 to find out if your refund has been intercepted due to a past debt.
I can't believe I am here again. I still have not received my refund 😣 and now TurboTax just charge me $80.00 and now my account is in the negative. I can't win for losing but I do know that I will never use TurboTax again because in all I had to pay right at$200 to file my taxes that I still don't have as of today. And I could just paid a preparer
I am sorry you are having to deal with this. You can check the fees that were charged to you by TurboTax by following these steps:
When you log into your TurboTax Online account, your filing status should be displayed on your homepage. You can also use our e-file status lookup tool to get your current status.
You can also check your refund status directly through the IRS using these links: Where’s My Refund on IRS.gov or the IRS mobile app, IRS2Go to check your status.
