Wisconsin Schedule I was published and on the internet on January 22nd. Turbo tax has yet to enter it into their system, and is holding up my filing and refund. When is it going to be activated, or should I go elsewhere?

Medical premium carryover is incorrect from federal to state.  Turbo tax is carrying over all medical expenses for Wisconsin, even though I carefully itemized them on the federal form for schedule A.  Wisconsin is asking for medical premiums.  Is there a reason for this?
