Can someone from Wisconsin confirm this is accurate? Form 1NPR is not updated yet and we cannot file both State and Federal until this is available to us on 2/16/2023?

Yes, Wisconsin Form 1 NPR is not yet available.

See here for a list of Wisconsin tax forms and their availability dates. Form 1 NPR is scheduled to become available on February 16, 2023. See here for availability information for Federal and all State forms.

You can e-file your Federal return and wait to e-file the state, but the Federal return will need to have been accepted first before e-filing the state.

They are working on it. For a further explanation, it would be necessary to contact Customer Support. In this public forum, we only have access to form availability information, such as release dates and if the forms are supported through e-file.
