Whenever I try to download the 2020 Florida state tax package, I get only 2021 tax forms. How do I correct that to get the 2020 forms?

Florida does not have a personal income tax.

What exactly are you trying to do?

I Have a rental property in Florida.  I am a resident to North Carolina.  Are you saying that I do not need to file nonresident state taxes if I own a rental property in Florida?

Since you have rental property in Florida then you will have to file a Florida Tangible Property Tax Return (DR-405)
