You may have to contact Support.

How do I contact TurboTax? (intuit.com)

That depends, it appears that your return may have been rejected due to a dependency issue on your return. However, your error code should help properly identify that. That should be the first step in fixing your problem.

As per @Anonymous_, if you cannot locate your error code, you can contact customer support by clicking here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/contact-turbotax

The IRS is only doing testing right now.  It could be that their system is faulty and not Turbotax.  My thinking is that in this case, dependency does not mean dependent, it means the way that tax documents are dependent on each other.  (For example, if you claim the dependent care credit on schedule 3, you must also include a form 2441.  Or if you claim more than $500 of non-cash charity donations, you must have a form 8283.  Those are "dependencies" of the software that must be satisfied before the return can be accepted.)

I would consider the possibility that the file will get re-transmitted automatically.  January 23 is the official IRS start date for e-filing.  If your status hasn't changed by January 26, I would call customer support.
