When to report 2019 NYS STAR and NYS Tax Credit Relief received in 2020

I received my 2019 STAR check in February 2020 and my 2019 Tax Credit Relief in March 2020. Do I enter them this year, because they apply to 2019, or next year,  as they were not delivered until 2020?

Since they relate to your 2019 tax return, you will enter them in your 2019 return even through you did not receive your check until 2020.
