me too. i tried an entire week to find a solution to this problem. so disappointed with TT over the fact that there is no clear indication IF this problem will be solved or when. i check back on 03/03/22. are there any alternative solutions to fix the problem ?
I just talked to some tech that said it was today or 1st and keep trying. Also said I can’t Efile just federal u have to mail it. Wtf
i already printed out the pa state tax just to see where the problem is and i cannot mail my state tax return in the current state because i have more than 100 capital gain transactions and the pa schedule d tp cuts off most all of the transactions. This means that if we mail the tax return to pennsylvania they will get an UNFINISHED tax return because transactions are MISSING or NOT SHOWN and they will reject it. The pa schedule d tp is not displaying all the transactions. so how are we supposed to mail the pa state tax return if transactions are not shown or missing? seems like turbo tax doesnt have a clue how to fix this problem. And i already paid twice for premier services this year 1time online and 1time for the desktop version.
i was able to efile the federal return without the state return. you should be too. just select "file later" for your state return.
Same, was able to file Federal and postpone my PA taxes.

Still not working. So sorry that I used Turbo Tax this year.
Does anyone know if it is okay to file federal tax return with only summary totals on Schedule D and only line item entries on form 8949 for any adjusting entries? When I call TT last week, no one could answer that or why TT was giving error message for PA state tax return. I learned more from these messages than the TT 'expert'.
TT clearly has no idea what they're doing. Between me and a friend we've contacted customer service 3 times. Every time we get a different story. Told on Feb. 18th a ticket was submitted and would be fixed in 48 hours. Told on the 21st a ticket was never submitted so they'll submit another (how do you submit another if it's the first one?). They said should take 48 hours. Called on the 23rd, told the ticket was JUST submitted and a week should be "plenty" of time to fix it. Tomorrow is a week, so we'll see. Checked just now and still not fixed.
If this doesn't work soon I'm demanding a full refund for my state taxes and never using TT again for state or federal. I always use them for Federal, first time using for state. Very likely will be my last.
The issue is still not resolved as of March 1st, 2022.......I wonder if H&R block has these issues...
