State tax filing
TT clearly has no idea what they're doing. Between me and a friend we've contacted customer service 3 times. Every time we get a different story. Told on Feb. 18th a ticket was submitted and would be fixed in 48 hours. Told on the 21st a ticket was never submitted so they'll submit another (how do you submit another if it's the first one?). They said should take 48 hours. Called on the 23rd, told the ticket was JUST submitted and a week should be "plenty" of time to fix it. Tomorrow is a week, so we'll see. Checked just now and still not fixed.
If this doesn't work soon I'm demanding a full refund for my state taxes and never using TT again for state or federal. I always use them for Federal, first time using for state. Very likely will be my last.
