You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
After you log in...
Go to the lower-left window and select:
"Intuit Account"
Then, in the "Sign in & Security" section, double check/update what email address is being used.
Might need to sign out of everything before a correction or change takes full effect.
