Unable to open NJ State form in Turbotax Deluxe 2019

I have downloaded NJ state in the turbotax deluxe 2019 edition. I could see the NJ state but not showing any worksheets. When I click the NJ form, it started updating and downloading the form again and says

"Your software is up to date". When I click the NJ it is going through the same process. When I called the customer service, they say the NJ form may be not availble yet. Does anyone has the same issue or know the solution. Thanks

I'm having the same issues with my Premier edition of Turbo Tax.  When I complete the Federal Taxes and move to State, it asks to START, it downloads the State, but it doesn't open.

Is there a solution yet?
