TT up-to-date but Print says DC return contains non-final forms

I am using TurboTax Premier 2021 and after clicking on 'Check for Updates...' I am told I am up-to-date.

However if I click on Print, I get the message "Your District Of Columbia Return contains non-final forms, which are currently not available. However, you can still save or print Federal and State Returns containing final forms."

The drop-down list only offers the Federal returns and that is the only one printed.  No DC return.

How can TT be up-to-date but "District Of Columbia Return contains non-final forms" ?  When will this be rectified?

@richard_dc I've just learned that TurboTax is experiencing delays in state forms availability.  This is a TT issue, and is being addressed.  Thank you for your patience.
