State tax return

My state return was not received by North Carolina Dept of Revenue

State tax return

@ifaildown Did you e-file it or did you file it by mail?   How long ago did you file it?   We have no access to your account so we cannot see what happened with your state return.

If you e-filed:

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

What does it say in your TurboTax account?   What does it show when you check your e-file status?

@ifaildown - how do you know?  have you called them or are you still waiting on your refund?

the State noted that they were going to purposely delay refunds to mitigage fraud risks, even more so for those that paper filed.....
