Tax Year Prior to 2020: State tax issues

Having trouble with efileing my MA state taxes. it keeps telling me I need an upgrade', please help

To enter each pf those forms follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account

2. On the left side of the screen, click Tax Tools

3. Click Tools

4. Click Topic Search, type in 'ENTER FORM HERE', hit your enter button

5. Follow the prompts

I'm sorry I do not see tax tools, all I see is tools and when I click on it there is no search, am I suposed to be on turbotax.

Are you using Turbo Tax online or the Software version? If using the software, what version of Turbo Tax are you using?  Basic, Deluxe, Premier, or Home and Business.
