My taxes were accepted and I filed with Turbo Tax (child credit) however, when I checked the where's my state refund it says 2025 Wisconsin Tax Return Status The information you entered does not match our records. Verify your tax information from your Wisconsin individual income tax return and try again. How is this possible since turbo tax uploaded and sent my state in from my federal?

It usually takes an extra day or two after your federal return was accepted by the IRS for the state to accept your return. Watch your emails.
When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted or rejected your federal e-file. If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.
Check your e-file status:

Sorry after thought here... When I check the Federal where's my refund it reports the return was accepted and being reviewed at this time just not processing.
So if the Fed is correct how could the state be questioning the information? When I took a glance at my information everything is correct so it is not making sense to me
yes I did them Thurs night and did get an email on both reporting "congratulations your Federal was accepted" and same with State that is why I am confused on the state tracker reporting it is not accurate. Should be I concerned
@ Ngoffin asked: "So if the Fed is correct how could the state be questioning the information?"
The state is saying they can't locate it yet based on the numbers you entered. The Federal return and state returns are separately and independently processed once they arrive at the respective tax agency. The state refund tool has nothing to do with what the IRS refund tool shows.
Your Wisconsin refund amount should be shown on your main WI Form 1, Line 41 (if a resident return.) Print your return and look at that line. I'm not sure how soon it will show up in the WI state refund lookup tool. The IRS officially opened today; perhaps WI officially opened today, too. Some states don't open right away, but I don't know about WI. If it were me, I'd just check the tool each day to see if it shows up later this week.
You say you got an email saying that the WI return was accepted. If you are using Online TurboTax, that can be confirmed by looking at the status on the Tax Home page. If you are using desktop software, you can check the efile status from the TurboTax top menubar by clicking the FILE menu and selecting in the dropdown menu.
