Can you please explain whether you used online TurboTax or the CD/download? If you used online, the fee is the same whether you e-file successfully or have to mail it in an envelope.
If you used the CD/download, paid the $25 state e-file fee, and could not successfully e-file, request a refund from customer support.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
