Unable to FILE because allegedly the FORM isn't available yet- I don't have sales tax and need to file. How can I delete this section and file?

What form are you trying to delete? The sales tax form in your federal return? Or the FL state form?

FLORIDA
Florida does not have a state income tax. You should have skipped the FL tax unless you own rental property in FL or a FL based business.
Florida has a tangible personal property tax form that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser by April 1st.
If you do need to file a Form DR-405, nothing will print (except an instruction sheet) unless assets were transferred or you manually entered assets in the DR-405 worksheet.
If you do not have tangible personal property to report, choose Skip State in the State Taxes section.
If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608
If you actually already paid for an unnecessary FL return:
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

And.....You say that you "need to file"---are you aware that the IRS will not be accepting e-files until January 29, so if you e-file now, your return will just sit on a server in pending?
More information about "pending"
MY RETURN IS IN PENDING—what does that mean?
Did you e-file? Did you click that big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?” If so, your return is now in “pending” on a server. Do not try to change anything while your return is in pending. On January 29 the IRS will begin to accept/reject e-files. The IRS accepts a FEW returns in test batches ahed of January 29—-but that is very random. Watch your emails—including your spam folder—for the notice about whether your e-file has been accepted or rejected. If your return is rejected you will be able to make corrections before re-filing. If the return you e-filed is accepted you will have to wait until it has been fully processed and then amend it to fix any mistakes or omissions. It has been taking the IRS four to six months—sometimes longer—to process amended returns. If you e-filed your state return there will be another email later that tells you if the state was accepted or rejected.
WARNING: Do not try to change anything on your return while it is pending.
Thanks however it is (as stated) THE SALES TAX DEDUCTION FORM ON THE FEDERAL FORM.
I appreciate the reply however does NOT address the question- have lived in Florida for YEARS- It's the SALES TAX FORM (see header to original post) on the federal return....
Knowing how to bypass this and actually file would be helpful.
@Meccagirl I provided you with instructions for removing a form from the federal return using both online or desktop software.
AND I do appreciate your reply however if the sales tax form isn't available yet, AND doesn't show up in the TOOLS to be deleted how do I file? One would think it would be easy however I can assure you the form for sales tax is NOT in my forms....been there several times and looked. The sales tax form says it is NOT available yet and hence because the form doesn't exist (even though I don't need it!). I am UNABLE to file. Thanks for any guidance.
