Description of error:

Your California return could not be processed electronically due to incomplete or invalid information on Form 3514, California Earned Income Tax Credit. An answer is required for both of these questions: Has the IRS previously disallowed your federal Earned Income Credit? Has the Franchise Tax Board previously disallowed your California EITC? I tried to fix it the first time and it got rejected for a second time I've never had this problem before.
