Refund status

I am filing for the first time , I recently received an email from TurboTax stating that my refund has been processed and to see when it will arrive but there is no date there . And the wmr website still says processing. Should i disregard the email

Yes, disregard the email as it was from marketing and they do not have any idea when your tax refund will be approved and sent. 

We are complaining to the TurboTax Moderators of the forum about these types of emails.

Okay thank you. I’m starting to think TurboTax is not all it’s cracked up to be from all the complaints I’ve been reading
