I need to be able to see my refund amount. Does anyone know how to solve this?
For 2019?
If you have filed your 2019 tax return then look at the top of the Tax Home web page, it shows both Federal and State amounts - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Or look at your tax returns -
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
Or -
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
If you have not filed the 2019 tax return then look at the indicators at the top of the 2019 online tax return program screen after you have completed your tax return but before it has been filed.
I am trying to access my 2018 and 2017 federal tax returns from the turbotax website in the same format that they were mailed to the IRS. That weird... typewriter font. On that form it tells me my refund amount. I need both of these forms. My 2017 and 2018.
You can access your prior year return in a few quick steps:
1. Select Tax Home in the left-hand menu
2. Under Your tax returns & documents (select Show if you need to), go to the tax year you want
3. Select Download/print return PDF
I do not need this form ^
You can log into TurboTax online that you used this year.
I need this form ^
The problem is I no longer have access to the "Filed Federal Return" or "Federal Refund" options.
I'm sure you guys are very busy... but could somebody please help me? My refund is getting reduced.
I've told you exactly what I need above. Every day this does not get solved, I'm losing money.
and now you're making me very angry.
