Hi
I had Pension distributions in 2019 that were rolled over into IRAs. My wife had none. In TTAX, I'm the TP (tax payer) and my wife is the SP (spouse). Yet, in the NJ STATE version, TTAX is showing a rollover for my wife when there wasn't any. I triple-checked the 1099-Rs and all are correctly indicated to be for me or my wife as appropriate.
Is this correct?

Rollovers do not appear on the NJ State tax return. So it is showing something else.
Hi Fanfare
I appreciate the response, but the screen specifically says ROLLOVER and my $$ amount. It may not be on the NJ 1040 form, but it's on this Turbo Tax interview screen.
Thanks anyway!
I have the same problem in my NJ return. My wife and I had direct rollovers into our traditional IRAs, and the total of these rollovers appears as rollover for each one of us. Does NJ tax direct rollovers?
