payment for efile

I have already paid with a credit card but it hasn't filed my state return, but asking again for payment.  What do I do?

Double check and make sure you actually paid to file your state tax return. Fees for for e-filing your state return are collected prior to filing. If your state has already been filed, you would not owe any fees to Turbo Tax.
