Same here -- also my CA filing is hung up with same issues. Both NY and CA forms involve mortgage interest adjustments THAT I AM NOT MAKING!!!!

When will this be fixed? We are simply asking for an ETA. I've been checking for over a week and it's a complete waste of my time. It's unacceptable that you don't allow someone to file for NYS after paying for e-file. Create a warning message when someone tries to pay to e-file NYS taxes rather than taking money for something you cannot do!
Maybe you should concentrate your funds on providing a working program instead of advertising your product during Olympics.
I've been using Turbo Tax pretty much since it came out. It seems to me this is no small issue and a more detailed explanation of what is going on is owed to your users. I'm really starting to reconsider if I will continue using this product if some satisfactory answers aren't provided soon
