NJ Stat e notified me that I am eligible for a veterans exemption on my NJ Tax Return. How to proceed?

Did not pay any tax to NJ for 2020. Is veterans exemption any benefit to me?

If your NJ tax liability is zero, the veteran exemption does not help you.

You have to submit proof of honorable discharge online.
