NJ E Filing Error Message

I am getting an error message when attempting to file a NJ-1040. It says that "returns with pass through business alternative income tax credits are not eligible for electronic filing"

The return in question has so such credit - is anyone else seeing a similar issue?

Thank you

Same here. Nothing fancy in my return. Hoping it gets resolved asap.

I have the same message here I think it was after an update that was done today.

Yes, seeing the message. What now?? I suppose we wait for the fix from Intuit.

State of New Jersey told me today it is a TT bug.  They suggested using the NJ Tax site filing software for free.

TTax agreed with them--it is a tech issue on their part.

If TT is agreeing with NJ to use their free filing site, then TT better start issuing the $20 filing fee they’ve already collected from us.

If thats true and TT cant fix the issue for whatever reason, then I think I will take my Fed and State somewhere else.  I do not want to use NJ's site as I have heard it is a pain to use.  Will wait to see what happens for a bit.

I am also receiving this issue.  I am on the phone with turbo tax now and we will see if I get an answer to this problem. This is the first year I had problems filing my taxes.

Let us know. Hopefully its just an issue with the update.

The answer I received is that the forms for new jersey were just released and there are glitches and this is one of them and they said try again tomorrow to see if this error is cleared up. They said the programmers are aware of this issue and if it isn't resolved call them back.

To clarify, TTax did not suggest using NJ Tax site. They agreed it was an issue on their end.

They suggested waiting for a fix.

 I think it's a TT issue. Didn't show up until today's update.

Downloaded the new update this morning and the problem appears to have been resolved.  No more pass-through BAIT error.
