New Mexico PIT-D form not included in TurboTax?

It appears Turbotax does not include New Mexico Form PIT-D in its package.  How can I confirm this?

Form PIT-D, Voluntary Contributions Form, is included in TurboTax’s New Mexico package, but isn’t scheduled to be available until January 27, 2022.

Please note that your total PIT-D contribution cannot be more than the amount of your refund.
