Moved to New State - How Final Paycheck is Taxed

Hello, I moved from Nevada to California on January 10, 2020, for a new job. My final paycheck from my former job in Nevada arrived after I moved to California. Do I have to pay CA state income tax on that paycheck from work performed in Nevada? That paycheck included wages, vacation, and bonus incentive--so it was relatively large.

If it was received when you were a California resident, you would have to include it on your Part-Year California tax return- but you may want to check the official receipt date- if it was mailed you can use the postmark.
