I'm thrilled to get confirmation from a Turbo Tax representative that there is a glitch in the Turbo Tax system that prevents me from e-filing my Kentucky State Return. Now I look forward to Turbo Tax admitting that the cost of full service preparation should be refunded to any user met with this frustrating dilemma. It wasn't cheap, but only worth it if it works. 

Meanwhile I'll wait for updates from Turbo Tax.

Yea I did file a complaint, they called and said that it is an issue with Kentucky's Form
And to mail in instead of EFile, however my spouse Efiled with no issue through TurboTax.

I am planning on going through someone else like Taxslayer. 

They do not have any plan to fix it is what I was told

It says it has been solved but my tax return is still displaying this message when I try to file state so it has not been solved.

Y'all going to solve this or do I need to go to HRBlock? You have until probably Sunday night before I finalize my return elsewhere.
