I lived in Cali in '22, just moved to Indy in '23. I need to file federal taxes by mail. Do I send to Ohio address (for CA residents) or KY (for IN)?

You should send it to the address for CA Residents since it is a CA state tax return.

Would I send the federal return to the California address as well? 

There are four addresses listed for federal returns and California and Indiana are under different jurisdictions.

Use the federal address that corresponds to the address where you live now (IN).     Filing paper federal returns >> addresses     Send the state return to CA but for the federal return, use the address that corresponds to your current residence.
