It is bad enough that you charge $25 extra to e-file the state form. But then your website will not process payment. Enter address, continue (fine). Enter CC date, mouse changes to red circle with line thru in when hover over continue. So can't make payment.

I am having the same problem. I have tried all my cards and have even tried paying with my Refund and it still doesn't go through. I have even tried processing it as a guest and entered all the address data and credit card data but no go. HELP!!!!!
It appears you are both new members, and I wonder if you signed up as a member before doing this?
I've been a member for years, and just did this new payment method successfully. I had to login to do it, but I didn't have any of the issues you had. Unfortunately I found out this year there is no free phone support with TT anymore. If you're lucky someone will know the symptom you had and the fix.

I've been a user of Turbo Tax for over a decade, but only join the message board this year. I have ended up send state by snail in the past for similar problems.
Since turbotax assumes that other users will fix your problems, I final gave up and just printed my state tax form and am doing them by snail mail. I not getting a refund so the slower processing by the state is not a big deal. I have had to do the same thing several years ago. My just switch software next year, and I been using this a very long time.
