Filing CA state amendment 2021

I need to file an amendment since Turbo Tax finally fixed an error for Schedule CA line 8a. When I go to transmit it only shows it's going to transmit Federal. How do I efile the state amendment?

In the FILE tab all the options to file the CA amended return will be presented ... if there is no efile option then it will need to be mailed in ... check the CA filing instruction page in the PDF file of the return.

If you delete federal Form 1040-X, TurboTax cannot submit it.

(there should be a better way).
