Unable to eFile state return

Can you provide more detail? Which state are you trying to e-file? Do you get any error messages?

I cannot file my state because they are not taking my code or account info. I've tried the help service and they gave me a code but I used the code they sent ant it was denied. If I tried again with that code they would close my account. The e-mails have been NO help. What do I do know?
