The form 502AE is for artists who earn income from producing their art in a arts and entertainment district designated by the Maryland Department of Commerce.
If you earn any money producing art in and Arts and Entertainment District it's not taxable in Maryland provided the artist owns or rents property in Maryland and did all of the work to produce the art in the Arts and Entertainment District.
